The Cleveland Cottage

This heater is amazing. We recommend having it on while you are inside the property and turning it down when you leave. -Turn ceiling fan on when in use or the upstairs will get hot

How to light the pilot:

Turn the knob to “Pilot”. Press down on knob. You will hear gas hissing/entering the system. Press the igniter switch next to the knob. This igniter switch will light the pilot. Once the pilot is lit KEEP PRESSING DOWN ON KNOB (not the switch… lest you be confused) FOR 10 SECONDS BEFORE LETTING GO. This gives the pilot a chance to warm up in order to hold the flame. Once the pilot is lit and holding a flame, crank the knob counter clock-wise until the unit is fully lit. Once the pilot is lit you can simply crank the knob to “off” when it’s not in use. This will keep the pilot lit, but the big flame off.

The AC Unit is fairly self-explanatory. You can control the temperature and settings from the white remote on the shelving unit. If you have any questions give us a call:)

To turn it on wave your hand up (once) in front of the sensor in the top right corner. To turn off wave down once. If you stand in front of the sensor for 6-7 seconds, the fire will go through a demo for 2 mins. If it does, no worries. It will just seem like it's possessed by a demon for a second.

We are a post-cable household (just Chromecast, Netflix and whatever is on the “Smarthub”) so don’t be surprised if the TV is just noise when you turn it on. You will have to access the smart hub or Chromecast to start the magic. The remote is on the shelf next to the couch… the long black remote. To access the Smarthub-push the multicolor box in the middle of the remote. We have a Netflix account already connected that you are free to use. To Chromecast-select input HDMI 1 and make sure your device (phone, tablet, computer) is connected to “The Cleveland Cottage” Wifi. You will then find “The Cleveland Cottage” (Chromecast) an in your share options. If you see the sharing option “The Cleveland Cottage Express” you are not connected to the correct WIFI. (Keep in mind there is also “The Cleveland Cottage House”. That is not the correct one either).

The sound bar remote is a little black remote on the shelf. Make sure it is turned on in order to get the best sound.

Make sure all big chunks are off the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher. For detergent, use the pods under the sink. DO NOT USE THE LIQUID SOAP IN THE DISHWASHER OR ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE!!! ONLY USE THE PODS IN THE DISHWASHER!! Put the pod in the bigger detergent cavity with the blue gel facing out and snap close. Once the dishwasher is locked and loaded, YOU WILL NEED TO PUSH TWO BUTTONS. There is a big ol' button on the left side that turns it on. Once you have pushed the big white button on the left you must push another button on the far right to get her going! Wait and listen to see if it has started. If not, turn it all off and start over.

Fill the mug you want to use up with water. Lift up the back portion of the Keurig and dump the water in. Shut the back portion and then lift up the silver handle to expose where you put the pod. Wait till you have heard all the water trickle into the machine. Put in a pod. Shut silver handle. Push power. Wait for the "Brew" button to turn green. Push it. Enjoy.

The loft ladder has two locking wheels. To pull out the ladder both wheels must be un-locked. Make sure the re-lock the wheels after the ladder has been pulled-out and positioned.

This is not your typical bathtub/shower combo... so our sweet little stock-tank-converted creation takes a little extra lovin'. Please make sure the curtain is completely drawn before turning on the water.
